WeightWatchers Clinic semaglutide review: membership and medicine commitments differ
Med+ has its own renewal period, while a prepaid Wegovy offer carries separate shipment and refund qualifications.

Commitment appears in more than one part of WeightWatchers' semaglutide offer. A Med+ membership can run for several months, while a separate medicine purchase may also be prepaid. The two arrangements can share a monthly-looking rate without sharing a bill, renewal rule or refund calculation. A clear comparison needs to keep both agreements in view.
We read the official semaglutide, Wegovy pill and Clinic membership documents on September 29, 2026 for Plain Dose Language. The picture does not identify the dispensed product
The Wegovy pill offer expressly says the medication shown is not representative of the actual product, which is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. That qualification prevents the illustration from becoming evidence of a particular package or supplied preparation. Prescribing still depends on an online consultation and clinical eligibility.

A service page can identify a legitimate brand while leaving an individual prescription unconfirmed. The introductory membership price starts a longer term
The Med+ offer footnote gives $25 for the first month with a six- or twelve-month plan. The remaining monthly fees are $84 or $74 respectively. The offer says the plan renews for another corresponding six- or twelve-month term unless cancelled. GLP-1 medication costs are not included in those membership amounts.
The Clinic agreement describes several possible structures, including standard monthly plans and different commitment renewals. Its general reference to a usual monthly period should not displace the specific offer's same-term renewal. A dated offer can narrow a more general policy without making every plan on the website identical. Both the selected term and its future renewal need to be retained in the same account of the price. The selected agreement must identify which structure applies, rather than leave the reader to choose the most favorable line.
Prepaid medication is another commitment
The pill page separately advertises prepaid Wegovy medicine arrangements. Its twelve-month self-pay example requires $2,988 upfront and is presented as $249 per month. The pill offer is limited to particular strengths and an end date of December 31, 2026. A separate Med+ membership remains required, so this amount is not the complete care-program price.
The page's standard monthly comparison prices differ for the pill and pen. Those are commercial descriptions, not reasons to select a presentation or infer a personal supply. Form Health's review considers another arrangement where care and medicine charges are separated without this same advertised medication-prepayment structure.
Unshipped medicine and a discounted rate have separate consequences
For the advertised medication commitments, the offer says cancellation applies only to medication that has not shipped. Any eligible refund is calculated using the standard monthly price rather than the discounted commitment price. That detail matters: ending a commitment does not establish a simple proportional refund at the headline rate.

The stated supply periods also remain provider-defined commercial units, not a treatment schedule created by this publication.
Membership cancellation has its own endpoint and exceptions
The Clinic agreement says cancellation takes effect at the end of the relevant subscription or commitment period. It attempts to process requests within seventy-two hours. An inadvertently charged next period may be reversed, but use of the fee-based product during that period removes that stated refund entitlement.
The initial consultation fee is nonrefundable. Subscription fees generally remain due through the applicable period, with described medical-reason and certain provider-termination exceptions. Those exceptions can involve deductions for services used. They should not be simplified into either every-payment-final or cancel-and-recover-everything language. The separate medication offer still needs its own reading.
A care fee does not guarantee pharmacy stock
The agreement explicitly says consultation and subscription payments do not guarantee medication availability, which depends on pharmacy stock. It also requires confirmation that the member is not seeking government-payer reimbursement for the healthcare services. That wording differs from a blanket exclusion of every government-plan beneficiary.
The semaglutide page separately limits insurance-coordinator work to commercial plans and describes other payment options. None of these pages establishes an individual insurer's decision or a pharmacy's completed fulfillment.
Use the offer version that belongs to the agreement
The Clinic membership agreement and current medicine offer answer different questions and carry their own qualifications. The first describes care and subscription obligations; the second adds a specific medicine commitment. Reading one without the other can obscure what renews, what has already shipped and which price is used in a potential refund.
