Hims semaglutide offer review: two subscriptions can have different endings
Read the required membership, separate medicine plan and pharmacy agreement before interpreting cancellation or a starting price.

A single account can contain more than one agreement. Hims makes that especially important for weight care: the membership pays for access to services, while a medication plan can create a separate recurring charge. A person who changes one arrangement may still have another active. The product name on a page cannot answer which payments continue.
For Plain Dose Language, we read the official Hims weight-care pages and relevant policy passages on September 29, 2026. This review follows those documents rather than a completed enrollment, pharmacy transaction or treatment experience. They support a conventional weight-care service, not a verified Hims microdosing program.
Identify the medicine before reading its price
The weight-care FAQ names Wegovy tablets and pens among available options, subject to a licensed provider's assessment. The wider catalog contains other medicines too. Semaglutide is an ingredient name; it does not turn every item in that catalog into the same finished product or establish what an individual will receive.
Our ingredient and product terminology guide explains why that identification comes first. The current records do not establish a compounded semaglutide microdose offering. Nor would a recognizable branded name prove that care is appropriate for a particular reader. Product identity and a clinician's decision are separate parts of the record.
The membership number excludes the medicine
The offer advertises a $39 first membership month followed by automatic renewal at $149 per month. Medication costs extra, and an active membership is required for access through the program. The FAQ says medication may be billed monthly or upfront according to the chosen plan. Neither arrangement should be silently converted into an all-inclusive monthly price.
The terms describe two subscriptions: Weight Loss Membership and Medication Plan. They also say previous participation does not guarantee continuing availability or the same price. A useful written quote therefore identifies both charges and their renewal intervals, rather than merely repeating the cheapest medicine card.
Two days and forty-eight hours concern particular events
Hims' weight-loss terms require cancellation at least two days before the next billing date. They separately describe an initial Medication Plan refund condition involving cancellation within forty-eight hours of submitting payment information. That is not an unrestricted promise: the same passage excludes partial-period refunds and medication that has shipped.
For renewals, the document again uses cancellation two days before billing. Its prepaid, already-shipped supply wording also has its own billing-date qualification. These clauses should remain attached to the event they describe. Ro's review examines a different distinction, where a prescription-return policy does not settle the separate care-membership agreement.
A cancellation headline leaves an order-stage question
The general refund support page says changes should be made or requested at least forty-eight hours before payment for the next order. It cannot guarantee a refund once the pharmacy has processed an order. Processing and shipping are different stages, so this support statement should be read alongside the more specific weight-loss terms rather than substituted for them.

We have not established how Hims would apply these provisions to a particular prepaid order, or which event has occurred in any account. No refund amount can be reconstructed from the membership headline alone.
Gifthealth introduces another agreement
The terms describe some manufacturer self-pay arrangements fulfilled through Gifthealth. In that situation, medication purchase, billing and fulfillment are directly between the patient and that independent pharmacy. Medication cancellation and refund questions follow its agreement; Hims says it does not control those terms.
Cancelling a Gifthealth medication subscription does not automatically cancel the Hims membership. This is an attributed description of possible arrangements, not confirmation that Gifthealth would fill a particular semaglutide prescription. The terms also require an active membership and provider review to maintain the relevant prescription. That condition does not make Hims the decision-maker for an independent pharmacy’s refund policy. The important documentary question is which organization holds each charge. We did not inspect an individual pharmacy agreement, invoice, supplied package or successful cancellation.
Ending one plan can leave another running
Hims' cancellation guidance says that cancelling only medication leaves membership active and billed monthly. Cancelling membership also cancels associated medication plans. Membership features continue until the current billing period ends; the terms additionally say unshipped medication will not be supplied after cancellation.
Those are administrative descriptions, not advice to stop or change treatment. Clinical continuity still needs its own conversation. Henry Meds' review shows another reason to keep the records separate: a monthly payment can be described beside a different shipment interval. Neither company's commercial clock supplies a patient's medicine instructions.
Keep the conclusion at the agreement level
The membership FAQ describes clinical assessment, messaging and follow-up, while noting that response times and visit requirements can vary. Those services do not guarantee a prescription or establish an individual insurance benefit. The published documents are useful precisely because they identify several responsibilities instead of proving one universal package.
The offer-record comparison applies that reading discipline across providers. For Hims, the defensible conclusion is that membership, medication renewal and any separate pharmacy agreement must be identified together. A clear account of those documents still cannot establish personal eligibility, a selected price, pharmacy performance or a clinical advantage over another service.
